PLEDGE
At Alba Renewables, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We recognize the detrimental impact of corruption on society, the environment, and the economy. As a leading responsible renewable energy company in Southeast Asia, we pledge to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and to actively combat corruption in all its forms.
Our Commitment
We, the employees, officers, partners, and directors of Alba Renewables, hereby pledge to:
1. Reject corruption and refuse to participate in, tolerate, or condone any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical behavior, whether direct or indirect;
2. Promote transparency by conducting all business dealings transparently and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
3. Adhere to ethical standards by following the company’s Code of Conduct and other relevant policies, including the Anti-Corruption Policy, and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to anti-corruption;
4. Foster a culture of integrity by encouraging a corporate culture that promotes ethical behavior and integrity, and providing support for employees who report suspected corruption or unethical behavior in good faith;
5. Implement strong internal controls by establishing and maintaining effective internal controls and procedures to prevent, detect, and addressing any form of corruption or unethical conduct;
6. Provide training and awareness by ensuring all employees receive regular training on anti-corruption laws, regulations, and best practices to enhance their understanding and ability to recognize and prevent corrupt activities;
7. Monitor and evaluate compliance by regularly monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our anti-corruption measures and making necessary improvements to strengthen our compliance framework;
8. Report and address violations by encouraging the prompt reporting of any suspected corruption or unethical behavior through established reporting mechanisms, and ensuring that all reports are investigated thoroughly and appropriate actions are taken; and
9. Collaborate with stakeholders by working collaboratively with government agencies, industry partners, and other stakeholders to promote anti-corruption efforts and support initiatives that aim to eliminate corruption from the renewable energy sector.
